Rezoning of rooms and areas from the original layout was done to upgrade the spatial quality and new usage of the apartment for the Client. The original layout served the purpose for a family to look after their kids with a typical Living/Dining/Bedroom layout. The end user is now one of the kids brought up from this duplex and hence the revised layout has to serve the purpose for her to enjoy and suit her lifestyle.
